This is a variation on a face that can be used for rough measurement of heart rate or breath rate.
The red/blue hand starts to run on wake up and wont stop as long the face is lit. Count to 15 beats or 5 breathes since waking the face and read the value per minute the hand has reached.
The hand wont stop, it resets with another wake up. While counting, tap the face time to time, to keep it lit and running. Note this face was made for fun, and only approximate measurement without using the watch sensors. It is not a serious medical instrument like pulse oximeter.
For better comfort with starting and stopping the measurement try the premium variant of this watch face.
