Sorry you are having issues. The face should work. Check that you have the latest versions of IOS, WatchOS and Facer and then you could try the following: Turn your watch and phone off and on again and then find the Facer App on your watch ( not your phone ) and tap on it to start it. Then go to Facer on your phone and re-sync the face. If the complications don't start loading, again re-find the facer app on your watch and keep taping on it every 10 seconds or so until you see a message saying the complications are being updated ( this is to try to force the watch to load/update the complications despite the delay in updating being imposed by Apple ). Sometimes force stopping the Facer App on the Watch can also force Apple to update/load complications.
