Please uninstall the face and reinstall it. Then open the Facer app on your watch. Wait a minute and then go back to the face. If the complications don't pop in, then uninstall the face, and uninstall the facer app on your phone and watch. Reinstall the app on your phone and watch. Then resync the watch face to your watch and everything should pop in.
