Here you go Ed, a mustard yellow and black all weather and UTC with a local time begrudgingly. ;) At the top is the moon phase and current conditions icons. Next is the current temperature and relative humidity. Squeezed in between them is tomorrow's high and low temperatures. Next line down is the current wind direction and speed followed by the current conditions text. Below that is the UTC digital time display followed by the day, date and the 12/24 hour digital local time with AM/PM in 12 hour mode only.

@Hunter: Sorry, but the time is correct. The large time is UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) which is the same thing as Greenwich Mean Time. That time is world wide and does not change with your location or Daylight Saving Time. The bottom time display is your local time. You can look up online what your offset is from UTC. My offset right now is -5 hours and will change to -4 hours when Standard Time returns this fall.
Design is nice, but the time is wrong.
