@William: Unfortunately, due to Google's new version of WearOS, some watch faces are available in two versions. It's best to submit a support ticket stating that this version doesn't work on your watch and request a refund. The new version is available at: https://facer.io/watchface/2ez6a0afZX
why when I bought this watch face can I not use it for my new Galaxy Ultra watch
Toda muito bem elaborada esta face. Além de trazer todas as informações mais importantes e ainda por cima ter uma versatilidade tanto em ferramentas de acesso rápido a diversas outras funções, inclusive a rápida padronização de cores, foram muito felizes tanto na escolha do tipo de ponteiros que ainda pode-se optar por tê-los ou oculta-los e como se não bastasse tantas maravilhosas versatilidades, a tela(face) principal, não se apaga com os braços em posição de descanso ou seja, uma magnífica obra de arte.
