found only this my friend ,and you see have developed mode on ...You want check On pixel ratio and turn off development mode?I tape 2 times on my watch screen from facer and nothing happened

Try turning that pixel ratio thing on and see what happens. and then try turning developer mode off? Another designer suggested maybe there is something in the accessibility settings of the watch. I found this https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00080311/ Click the "Vision" dropdown on that page. Maybe one of those settings is set to color filter?
