I have a Galaxy Watch 5 and everything works fine on mine. Make sure all permissions are granted. Even if you have granted everything previously, I have had it ungrant permissions on me and I had to go in and reset everything again. The only other thing you could try is to uninstall facer on the watch and reinstall it. I have had to do that when nothing else works. Otherwise, I would email support facer-support@little-labs.com.
