hi, ive always loved this design so i've purchased the remède version, except none of both versions displays correctly steps or any other information besides time and date... i have a galaxy watch 4 with OS 6. the old version used to work for a time though... any suggestion ?

This face like any others use standard tags for steps, HR, power, temperature etc. So it looks like some kind of Facer app bug. I think best option is to send a support ticket.
