Roman Time
Attempt to show time as the ancient Romans saw it. Twelve hour days and twelve hour nights with the first hour starting at sunrise. The length of an hour changes with the seasons and night time hours are a different length from daylight hours, except at an equinox.
Seems to be working as expected. Daytime hours have been getting shorter. Night time hours are longer. Hard to test since I have no control of the sunrise and sunset times in Facer Creator.
Gets a little squirrely for some minutes before midnight ( Noctis Hora V and VI ) because of reasons.
