@Barbara J Bryant: I've checked into this. In addition to my previous suggestion, please make sure your registration is showing your exact model watch. If you registered as owning Active 2, the system would have prevented you from installing that face.

@Barbara J Bryant: I'm sorry to learn that your watch is not compatible. When you previewed the design, Facer should have displayed a grey "Not Available" button to let you know that the watch face will not work on your watch.

I suggest that you use the support form to contact Facer to see if they will give you a refund.
After I purchased this, found out I can't use it on my Active 2... I'd looked at it several times before deciding to purchase. also the first one I've ever liked enough to purchase. Very disappointed, I own it now, but can't use it...
