Make sure your software is up to date. Reboot the watch. Check to be sure you have not added duplicate complications. Our designs are tested by Facer before they are published to be sure they work. See this info: https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/sections/360003370374-Facer-on-Apple-Watch
