Very nice but on my Samsung Galaxy watch 8 it doesn't speak the time. Any suggestions?

Thanks we are glad you like but sorry, no - it is likely that your watch is running Wear OS 6 and that means that interactions are very limited; in particular, you will not be able to touch the screen to hear the time. Interactions such as these will continue to work for Wear OS 4 and Tizen but not WFF based operating systems like Wear OS 6. Sorry.
