Time: 10:27am and says it's "Night Time"
other features also not working. health always displays 76, weather isall blank and steps doesn't update. Please fix or refund. Looked nice, but without the features I thought would be working, it's useless.

To request a refund please contact facer-support@little-labs.com, however, I must say that none of the defects indicated is from my experience: I reinstalled my face today on my watch to be sure of this and in fact everything works correctly for me. The problem could be related to the version of Facer present in the phone and in the one in the watch (in terms of updates I mean). The day / night indication is based on the sunrise and sunset times which are based on the location of the device to be activated. The question of beats stopping at 76 or of steps that do not increase cannot depend on the face. In these cases, I always recommend deleting the face, updating both software on the devices and reinstalling the face and usually all problems are solved.
