It is a high-tech but uniform wrist-computer with an integrated directional compass (because of Facer's capabilities this option is disabled), a built-in step counter calibrated with on-foot detector, a field-issue unit sporting a resin bracelet, dual steel crowns, in-real-time weather data injunctions, and a high-contrast OLED display, angled 45 degrees perpendicular to the strap, worn by Olympus E S.W.A.T. operatives.
In twentieth-century reality, this design was first pioneered by Italian car designer Giorgetto Giugiaro for the Seiko Speedmaster of 1983. This layout allows the wearer to briefly read the time without having to bend their arm to align the digits to their eyes, a practical timesaver for an athlete, or in this case, an elite police agent.

I really like the theme but I can't get the color to change and originally it showed my phone battery percentage and then it stopped after a day. I can't get it to resync

As for the themeable color:
This is the second time someone mentioned it. Unfortunatly I have no control over it, so if you are 100% sure that you are changing the color in the right way and it still doesn't work, then you should contact Facer staff.

As for the phone battery level - I guess you didn't read the whole description of the face, but this is also a thing that is buggy on some watches.
