it never shows my steps, always shows 0. also when the screen is sleeping it doesn't keep time. when the screen lights up it shows the last time it was on for a few seconds then switches to the correct time.

Hi Marley, I'm just the designer of the watchface and I can't speak on this as official customer support, but you might need to give the Facer app permission to your data (like your steps). This used to happen to me, and giving the app permission on my watch fixed it on my side. Hope that helps!!!
