@Bentley: There must be an issue with Facer updating the watch face. I changed it again and updated the watch face. Try to remove the watch face and then add it again. Let me know if that works. I tested it in the builder area and the main app and it seems to be working. Hopefully it will work for you now. :)

was you able to get the hands changed around? also could you make one with the BSA first class badge in place of the BSA emblem ? thank you
it still has them reversed
