what does rotating the bezel with 4 and 8 Actually do besides, just move the bezel. A little bit, is it some timer? Does it go with another part? I don't get it

Hi, it works exactly as the dive watches bezel. You have to rotate to match the little triangle with your minute hand. So you start count minutes from there...
