With wy watch. Yours isn’t the only one that. All of the custom complications do this. Hrm.

A couple of things could be going on. You could check that you have the latest versions of the OS and Facer on your phone and watch. Also that you have all permissions set correctly. And finally, in case you were not aware, Apple only allows 3rd party complications to update once every 15 minutes or so and even less frequently when the watch battery is getting low.
