can't switch it from celcius to farenheit even though my watch settings and weather settings are both set to farenheit? also cannot edit the colors of the ghosts, just the theme color.

Settings for weather should be set to your location. So make sure you have location on your phone and watch turned on. The colors of the ghosts can no longer be changed by tapping. Unfortunately WFF no longer supports it. So ghost colors change hourly.
