Love the watch face, but the heart rate isn't working on the Galaxy Watch4 44mm

This is a known issue with the GW4 watches. Open up the app drawer by swiping up on the watch face. Open Samsung health, then scroll down to settings. In settings find "Activities to detect". Turn it on if it is not already on. Next, click the words "Activities to detect" go down to elliptical trainer and rowing machine. Turn both of those off. Exit out of Samsung health and reboot your watch. This has worked for me with my GW4 watches and Facer.
