@SJD: That's because the hour number is part of the original images and the minutes are added to it. If you want 12/24 hour, have a variant of this face called "Doctors Texty" that will give it to you in the middle of the face vs at the bottom.
This doesn't change to 12h format.

@nuker it looks great, thank you! my only issue now is it isn't giving me the 24 hr option. it's only using the 12 hr clock even though I have the 24 hr clock selected in the app.
