Sorry you are having issues. As you can see from the watch screen capture below the description in the App, the face should load ok. Apple is not loading the Facer complications and so they are showing as off in the Watch App on the phone. You can try the following: delete the face, restart your phone and watch and tap on the Facer app on your phone to start it. When everything is connected ok ( confirm by selecting a different face on the watch or from the Watch App ) re-sync the Facer face and then find the Facer app on your Watch ( not the phone ) and tap on it to start the Facer app/force Apple to update the complications. You should see a message saying the complications are being updated. If not, then Apple is still waiting to update the complications and you can try to force it by repeatedly tapping on the Facer App until you see the message, again re-syncing the face can sometimes help as well.
