While the Facer Creator platform has the capability to do some sophisticated things, this watch face has very basic coding. I have reviewed it and find no errors. If a particular watch face causes problems for you, since in the end all the coding and images are reduced to bytes and bits, it is possible that your processor just isn't happy with that face. I've occasionally had a face show up online with missing parts or a black face even though it looks good in creator. Then if I add 1 element to it, even if I hide it, it displays correctly. Unfortunately, I can't really provide support on these kinds of issues since I'm not an expert on the workings of Facer. I can recommend the usual things one can try. -Turn blue tooth off and on again. -Reboot you computer and watch - Uninstall and reinstall Facer and Facer companion on your watch and phone - Contact Facer technical support and ask them for help.
