hey there, sorry. Yes Google's newest OS update mandates watch faces be in the WFF format. This format does not support many of the features we've always had available in Facer. NOBODY is happy about it, but it's all on Google's decision making. I have chosen not to update my watch so I don't run into this problem (for now). We designers have been going through our back catalog (this face is 3 years old) and making WFF compliant versions, but this means in many cases stripping out a lot of the customizations. Things like the switchable "hybrid mode" that this face has are not currently possible in the new format. To be clear, this is Google's fault and out of Facer's hands. As far as refunds, these comments are only read by the designers who have nothing to do with the transaction, for that you'll have to go to Facer support. Thanks.
