It keeps failing to download

Please make sure that you have facer updated on your phone and watch. Remove the face and then restart your watch, then sync the face again. Start the facer app on your watch and leave it up for a minute and then go back to the watch face. That's what I do when it doesn't correctly download. Usually that fixes it for me.
