Under Your Sleeve
If you wear your watch on your left wrist and often wear a shirt with long sleeves, then this watch face is for you! The dimmed mode of this watch face packs a bunch of information to the right side of the screen, where it's easy to see by moving your sleeve only minimally.
The dimmed mode contains the time and the date, the current weather, and the sunrise and sunset times. In addition, the vertical divider line between the left, empty space and the right information side tells the battery level: the shorter the line the less power there's left.
The wakeup of the watch is animated: the time and date slide to the middle of the face and are enlarged. The other pieces of information slide away from the screen, leaving only the most important items on an uncluttered high contrast screen.
The active mode also features little dots to signify analog watch hands. These make the watch face a little more dynamic and playful while being at least somewhat useful too. :)
Finally, as the active mode is indeed pitch black numbers on a bright white background, the background turns red at night. This is so that taking a look at the time does not kill your night vision completely.
