outer ring (seconds), heartbeat data and clock change colors depending on heartrate
<70 green
70-95 blue
95-110 orange
>110 red
walk calories = calories burned by walking
calories = calories burned by normal activities + walk calories
heart rate might show live heartrate or 5-10 minutes average, depending on watch you have
percentage left of the body = watch battery level
temperature on the right = weather temperature
