Sorry for the delay! When you synced the face only one interactive area is available, the middle of the face (the caption is "Locked"). When you tap the middle of the face you see the information screen, the caption still "Locked". If you tap again the middle of the face the all interactive areas are available, and the caption is "Open". You may choose between the "open" and the "locked" interactive status.
