Cannot get the second fa ce I bought of this to work at all, I've restarted both watch, a Samsung galaxy s2, and my phone a Honor 7x, a couple of times but nothing it looks like I've waisted my money. Can u help please.

Hi @Hagrid - sorry to hear you are having a problem, I've just synced on my own watch to check it works (Samsung Gear S3 Frontier) and it works OK - can you try syncing from a PC or MAC - when you say ' but nothing' do you mean it will not sync at all. Let me know you can email me direct on hayden@sparkmotion.co.uk it's easier than using the comments in the app. I will forward your issue to support@facer.io – let me know if syncing form PC/MAC works - all the best Hayden
