I bought Premium just to add this watch face to my Apple Watch Series 7. Every time I try to sync it, however, it just shows up blank. Why?

Have you checked your watch settings? Here are some details to help. If that does not help follow the instructions to send Facer a support request on the required form. This watch face has been tested by Facer and has been approved, so we feel there is a setting on your watch that needs to be configured. https://community.facer.io/t/apple-complications-not-loading/80485
