pretty watch face but little difficult to read the time. can't work out how to get the digital clock to show

Viewing the digital clock in Dim Mode depends on your watch. See if your model watch has settings for that. If not, you will have Active Mode display only. In order for all components to sync, make sure that you have restarted the watch after installing each new face.
