How do I change temperature from Centigrade to Fahrenheit?

The units are set by your location. I am not aware of any way to change them other than setting your location to a country that has imperial units. In particular, a number of Canadian users would prefer Fahrenheit but the units default to metric. Changing location to the USA will fix that but I don't know what other impacts that might have on the behaviour of the watch.
