Classic, Clean, and Elegant watchface with custom complication (set to Step Counter by default, Date and Battery data placed in a way so as not to interfere with the look.
All data is visible in AOD mode with darker background. AOD mode shows local Weather/Temperature, instead of the custom complication.
Update (12/15/21): Changed default theme color to almost white with a little tint. Brightened up the AOD/dark mode just a little.
