How do I get battery Level on watch, rather than heart rate?

Battery level is visible on the outer index around the heart rate indicator - a small arrow points to the current battery level.
Unfortunately it's not possible to change the heart rate to something else due to space and layout limitations. Thanks for your kind understanding!
