Inspired by a square vintage Soviet medical watch with two pulsometer scales, this face re-interprets that vintage design into a round face and incorporates both pulsometer and asthmometer scales for manually measuring heartbeat and respiration rates. Also features fading date/battery/steps/weather indicators. Using the red pulsometer scale: start counting heart beats when the seconds hand hits the “60” mark. Once you count the 15th heartbeat, the seconds hand will indicate the heart rate on the red pulsometer scale. Using the blue asthmometer scale: start counting breaths when the seconds hand hits the “30” mark. Once you count 5 complete breaths, the seconds hand will indicate the respiration rate on the blue asthmometer scale.
