Sorry you are having issues. If the complication is present but your step count is zero then check your permissions are ticked for Facer. If the complication is blank then restart your watch and phone, restart both, make sure they are connected by changing to a standard Apple face, resync the face, find the facer app on the watch ( not the phone ) and tap on it to make sure it is running. If the complication is still not loading, tap again on the facer app a few times to try to force the watch/phone to talk to facer. I hope that helps.
