Sorry for the late reply. You can set the units to Imperial by triple tapping on the face and swiping all the way to the right until you get to the settings screen. There you can change the units. Some users have also reported that it is possible to change the units on the phone and that the change is also reflected on the watch. Having said that, other users say that it does not work for them. I hope some of that helps.
