I have an apple series 9 watch and the steps don’t update and the power doesn’t update. I have found this to be so of quite a few of the faces I download to my watch. Why does it do this?

Sorry you are having issues. There are a number of reasons why this might be happening, firstly, Apple only updates 3rd party complications ( like the ones from Facer ) every 15 minutes or so - and much less frequently if the watch battery is low. Preventing the battery from getting too low might help. The other thing to check is to make sure that you have the latest versions of IOS, WatchOS and Facer installed and restart both your phone and watch at least every few days.
