I do not handle refunds. I just design the watch faces. You would have to contact Facer Support for a refund. https://help.facer.io/hc/en-us/requests/new
I believe they will refer you to Google or Apple because they handle the purchases. It might be easier to figure out why your watch and phone cannot sync a new design.
