Hi, I liked the watch face design and have purchased it. The steps counter however is not working can you help me fix this?

Hi RVR - there is currently an issue with steps being counted on certain devices. The Facer team has been working on it since the 17th but they are waiting for the device manufacturers to return from Thanksgiving break. Hopefully this will be fixed soon.; you are not the only one with this issue. Thanks for looking and I'm sorry it's not working as expected!
