Love the look, but the long hand points to the hour and short hand to the minute

Thank you for the input Shannon. The hands that I used are the ones provided as hour and minute hands. The minute hand is situated further out than the hour hand, giving the impression that it is longer than the hour hand. I am glad to put together a different version of the watch for you.
