Great watch face. I thought the bottom complication was steps but it isn't. Anyone know what it shows please?

i love this, gorgeous. I would love to be able to use this one but can only use faces that have bpm read on it, i have heart issues so my watch is set up for alerting me when it goes too high or too low, but needs to have a constant read of it..if thats possible, i dont wanna be a bother though, you have a beautiful selection as is!! Thank you!!
