Unfortunately when you update to Wear OS 6, older faces are no longer compatible. Wear OS 6 uses a new WFF. It is frustrating, but not Facers fault, but Google who instituted this change. I am working on making my watch faces compatible with the new WFF, but it is a long process as I have a lot. If you want a refund, you will have to email facer support to ask for it. The email is Facer-Support@Little-Labs.com. It may take a few days for them to get back to you but they will.
