If there's any fix you can suggest I would really prefer it to a refund as I absolutely love this watch face, but I can see that your tag says Samsung Watch 3 Gear, so maybe this isn't meant for the 4. I have submitted a request, but I'm open to any troubleshooting suggestions if you have any! Thank you!
