I have purchased 'New STAGE' watch face but recently this watch face cannot be used. This watch face can be retrieved in 'Purchase Box' but facer app will display "Oops! Something went wrong" and nothing display. When I try to search thru facer app for this watch face and click on the purchase basket, it showed as if I didn't own this watch face. What can I do?
