@NOKAPONG FACE WATCH: Hello, maybe this is a known bug. Try changing the Facer watch face to some basic one (stock) and then go back. Many users have found this helpful.
my watch was installed calculate step doesn't updates?

@dhaley0314@comcast.net: Thank you for your feedback. You can try restarting the watch first. If that doesn't help, try replacing the Facer watch face with any one integrated in your watch. Then go back to the Facer watch face again (you may be asked to confirm permissions again). This has helped me several times in the past.
the first day I had this installed on my watch 6 all worked perfectly. the issue now is the step count and distance stay at zero? any ideas?
