With the DBMC you always have everything in view.
All bars change color according to the displayed value.
This also shows the seasons and sunrise and sunset.
The battery indicator is hidden in the AOD/DIM, but becomes visible from 20% battery power.
Again, an empty battery shouldn't come as a surprise.
At 10% there is a warning signal.
