The watch face has been tested by Facer. The issue is your watch. It is not a matter of installing and reinstalling. The watch has to catch up with all components after you install the new face. Until WearOS, Google, and Samsung update on their end, we are suggesting that people switch to a stock face that came with the watch. Let that run for a few minutes. Then switch back to the Facer face. That usually fixes the issue.
