In the meantime, here are a few steps that might help:
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both your phone and watch.
- Try turning Bluetooth off and on again on both devices.
- Turn off and on your watch.
- In the Facer app, go to Settings > Selected Watch and confirm the correct watch is selected.
