Did you make sure to restart watch and phone so all components can sync? If you have done that and steps still does not work correctly, go back to a stock face for a couple of seconds. Then go to the Facer face. Sometimes it takes a few minutes for all everything to sync. What model watch do you have? How long do you have to wait for the watch to catch up? It can take a few minutes to get the information from all sources.
